Sachin Tendulkar became the first man to make 14000 Test runs, on the second day of the second Test against Australia He record maintained when he was playing against Australia second Test in Bangalore.
He is the First man who scored 14,000 runs in Test Cricket.

37 years old legend from India has achieved this fate playing in his 171st test. At the time of beginning of the second test match between Australia and India at Bangalore, Sachin was in need of 27 more runs to reach this milestone.
He has added another feather in his cap by achieving this target. He cut Australia’s off-spinner Nathan Hauritz for four to cross this landmark.
Sachin started his career in 1989 and so far has made 14,017 runs in test cricket thereby topping the list of most run getters in test matches. At number two is ricky Ponting of Australia. He has made 12,178 runs playing since 1995.
